Cobalt

A corporate headshot that still looks like a person. Graduated grey, a little rim light, and enough time to get past the first stiff smile.

Boardroom

Built in the studio, not found outdoors — a painted sky, a white flat and a floor treated to read as water. Editorial work is where the concept gets to lead.

Daybreak

A high-key set, a floor of pink balloons and a shrug caught mid-laugh. Portrait sessions are planned in the consultation and then allowed to loosen up.

Balloons

Live, no second take. A silver suit holding the only warm note in a wall of blue stage wash.

Stage Blue

Pale on pale, with the light kept soft and the retouching kept honest — blemishes and stray hairs go, the face stays.

Reed

Clean white, no shadow to hide behind. The version that works on a company page and a conference badge at the same time.

High Key

Out of the studio and onto a painted city wall. Personal branding work that puts somebody somewhere they would actually stand.

Skyline

Branding for a trade — the tool held like it matters, haze in the air, and a dark set that keeps everything on the hands and the face.

The Barber

Conference coverage: available light, a long lens and no interruption to the person speaking.

The Podium

Shoulders squared, chin forward, background dropped to a soft cool grey. Retouched to a magazine finish and nothing further.

Pinstripe

The same built sky, worked standing. Silver foil doing the job of surf.

Cloudbreak

Formalwear on seamless grey, full length, bouquet on the floor. Posed properly and lit so the white stays white.

The Vow

From the volunteer side of the studio. Black and white, close in, and printed for the family rather than for us.
